We want you to be happy with your Splae kit. If you're not, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at splae.hq@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement.

Size not quite right? Email us — we'll help you sort out the right fit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice.

Order didn't arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.

How refunds work. Once your request is approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at splae.hq@gmail.com.
