Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship across Canada.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days (about two weeks). Occasionally, carrier or customs delays can push this a little longer.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays. Weather, holidays, and customs can sometimes slow things down. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at splae.hq@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
